This Privacy Policy explains how WYOM.us processes personal data connected with the website, application, payment, client account, signature, EIN request, and service records.

Who processes data

Personal Data is processed by WYOM INTL LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, operating WYOM.us at wyom.us.

Data processed

WYOM.us may process the Client's name, email, phone number, contact details, residence country, city, address, data about persons named in the application, proposed company name, business activity, application data, application signature, payment status, payment confirmations, application number, submission date, payment date, service status, documents, messages, and technical site data.

Technical site data may include cookies, IP address, device type, browser, language, visit time, and site actions.

How data is used

Personal Data is used to create and process the application, identify the Client within the Services, coordinate the Company in Wyoming, USA, support the EIN request, transmit necessary data to the Registered Agent, IRS, public authorities, and WYOM.us Partners, receive and confirm payment, provide Client Account access, deliver documents and notices, provide support, keep records, comply with law, protect the Contractor's rights, and prevent abuse.

Signature and EIN request

The application signature is used only for purposes connected with forming the Company in Wyoming, USA and supporting the EIN request, including Form SS-4 where needed.

The original signature image may be deleted after EIN-related work is complete. Consent logs, signature metadata, copies of submitted materials, timestamps, payment records, application records, and dispute records may be retained where needed for service continuity, accounting, compliance, defense of rights, fraud prevention, and operational records.

Who may receive data

WYOM.us may transmit Personal Data only to the extent needed to perform the Services.

Data may be transmitted to the Registered Agent in Wyoming, USA, competent public authorities, the IRS, payment services for payment processing and confirmation, communication, hosting, data storage, mail and technical support services, and professional advisers or authorized persons where needed to protect the Contractor's rights or comply with law.

WYOM.us does not sell Client Personal Data.

International transfers

Because the Services relate to forming a company in Wyoming, USA, some data may be transmitted or processed outside the Client's residence country, including in Ukraine and the United States.

Data is transferred only when needed for the application, EIN support, Registered Agent work, payment, technical service operation, or legal compliance.

Retention

WYOM.us stores Personal Data as long as needed to perform the Services, support the Client Account, keep accounting and tax records, comply with law, protect the Contractor's rights, and resolve possible disputes.

Data no longer needed for these purposes may be deleted or anonymized.

Cookies and technical data

The wyom.us website may use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, language and session handling, application progress, security, analytics, and service stability.

The Client may restrict cookies in the browser settings, but some site functions may not work correctly.

Security

WYOM.us uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

No online service can guarantee absolute data security. The Client is responsible for protecting access to email, password, and the Client Account.

Client rights

The Client may request information about Personal Data processing, correction of inaccurate or outdated data, deletion of data no longer needed, restriction of processing where provided by law, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, or an answer to privacy questions.

Requests may be sent to ask@wyom.us. WYOM.us may ask the Client to confirm identity before fulfilling a request.

Data about other persons

If the Client enters data about other persons in the application, the Client confirms the right to provide that data to WYOM.us for performance of the Services.

The Client is responsible for the accuracy of such data and for ensuring that the relevant persons are informed about transfer of their data within the application.

Payment data

Payment for Services is processed through payment services. WYOM.us may receive payment status, amount, date, transaction number, and other confirmations needed for records and application performance.

WYOM.us does not store full payment card details where those details are processed by the payment service.

Changes to this Policy

WYOM.us may update this Privacy Policy if the service, law, technical processes, or data processing practices change.

For a paid application, the Privacy Policy version in force when the Agreement is accepted and paid applies, unless the Client later accepts an updated version.
