Short answer
WYOM organizes a Wyoming LLC foundation for non-US founders through one structured workflow: intake, formation filing, Registered Agent service, EIN request submission, document delivery, official mail handling, and dashboard status visibility.
What is included
- Wyoming State Filing — We organize the formation through the Wyoming Secretary of State. The state filing fee is included in the $499 payment.
- Registered Agent (Year 1) — Your first year of commercial Registered Agent service is included for the required Wyoming contact role.
- EIN Submission (No SSN) — We organize the Tax ID request path for non-US residents without requiring a US Social Security Number.
- Wyoming Business Address — A professional Wyoming address is used for official company mail connected to the formation workflow.
- Company Dashboard — Documents, status, official mail, and account context stay organized in one secure workspace.
- Mail Scanning — Official mail received through the workflow is digitized and made available in the dashboard.
- Status Reminders — Important filing, mail, and workspace reminders stay visible inside the WYOM account.
Important boundaries
- WYOM organizes the company foundation workflow; legal advice, tax advice, accounting, bookkeeping, licensing, and immigration services remain outside the package.
- Government, IRS, and independent provider timelines are controlled by the relevant organization.
- Banking, payment processing, marketplace, and third-party provider approvals are separate decisions.
- Founders remain responsible for truthful business information and local professional advice where needed.
Phase 1: Application & Intake
The workflow starts with applicant and company information. WYOM organizes the data so the formation package can move into processing.
Phase 2: Wyoming LLC Filing
The formation is handled through authorized commercial Registered Agents in Wyoming. When the state issues documents, they are uploaded to the dashboard.
Typical timing: 1–3 business days after submission.
Phase 3: EIN Request
For non-US founders without an SSN, WYOM organizes the EIN request workflow so the company tax ID request is aligned with the LLC record.
Typical IRS processing: 3–4 business weeks.
